Last checked Oct. 10, 2026. Facts come from the City of Pompano Beach park list, its events calendar, the two aquatic centers and the city’s Pompano Beach Arts pages.

Pompano Beach’s best free kids’ outing is the beach itself, with a shaded playground next to the pier. Add two city pools that cost $2 for a resident child, a free monthly story time at a historic house museum, and a skatepark, and most weekends are covered.
