Free in Pompano Beach: 3 miles of beach, three free Friday concert series, free story times and art lunches, the Green Market, 52 city parks and city festivals.
Last checked Oct. 10, 2026. Everything here comes from the City of Pompano Beach events calendar, its Parks and Recreation site and Pompano Beach Arts. “Free” means free admission; parking may cost extra.
Pompano Beach’s best free attraction is its 3 miles of public beach. Beyond that, the city puts on more free entertainment than most residents use: three free Friday concert series a month, weekly art lunches, a monthly story time, a winter farmers market and big festivals at Community Park and the pier.
